Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com who are residents of the EU and 18 years of age or older as of 8:00 a.m. BST on 7 November 2025 (the “Participant(s)”).

1. Black Friday Lucky Draw
The EcoFlow Black Friday Lucky Draw runs from 7 November 2025, 8:00 a.m. (BST) to 19 November 2025, 9:00 a.m. (BST).
The campaign consists of three rounds of prize draws, with winners announced on separate dates.

Eligibility for the Lucky Draw
The Lucky Draw is open to participants who subscribe to the EcoFlow Black Friday mailing list during the campaign period (from 7 November 2025, 8:00 a.m. (BST) to 19 November 2025, 8:00 a.m. (BST)). No purchase is required to enter.

Notes for the Black Friday Lucky Draw

1. No purchase necessary: Entry to the prize promotion is free of charge. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. One entry per participant: Each entrant may submit only one entry using a single email address. Any individual found using multiple email addresses or social media accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

3. Winner selection is final: The decision of EcoFlow in selecting winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. Winner notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 working days after each draw date.

5. Prize delivery: EcoFlow will deliver the prize(s) within 30 days of confirming the winner’s eligibility.

6. Prize redemption: Winners must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

2. Note on the Promotional Gift

1. The free gift will be automatically included with eligible orders while stocks last.2. The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.3. Promotional gifts are only available for orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at uk.ecoflow.com.
4. Only one promotional gift per order, per person, per address is permitted for the duration of the offer or promotion.
5. The promotional gift will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying product within 30 days.
6. In the event of a return, the free gift must also be returned. The free gift will not appear directly in your shopping cart; however, it will be listed in your order details after purchase. The transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase is also returned.
If you do not see the gift in your order, please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com. Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment for you.

3. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee for STREAM Series Black Friday Deals

Orders placed under the Early-Bird Deals and STREAM Series Black Friday Deals (valid from 7 November 2025, 9:00 a.m. CET to 19 November 2025, 9:00 a.m. CET) are covered by EcoFlow’s 30-Day Price Match Guarantee.

If any Early-Bird product you purchased is offered at a lower price on any official EcoFlow sales channel (including EcoFlow’s official website, Amazon official store, or authorised brand stores) within 30 days after you complete the full payment, you may contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com.
Please include a screenshot and purchase link as proof, and we will refund the price difference.

EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price match service is used improperly, fraudulently, or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.
