Introduction of the Event


The Christmas campaign will commence at 08:00 on November 28, 2023 (GMT) and conclude at 08:00 on January 02, 2024 (GMT) ("Campaign Period"). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.


Eligibility

The Campaign is open to all registered EcoFlow ID users on uk.ecoflow.com who are UK residents and 18 years old and above as of 08:00 on November 28, 2023 (GMT) ("participant(s)").

Recommended Christmas Gift Guessing Game


1. Introduction of the Event

This guessing game will take place from 28 November to 3 December 2023, lasting six days.

2. Event Mechanism

There are three rounds of the guessing game in total, with two questions in each round. Participants will receive 100 EcoCredits for their first attempt each day, with a maximum total of 600 EcoCredits as the reward.
EcoCredits earned from participating in the Recommended Christmas Gift Guessing Game will be sent to your email on 5 December 2023. In order to successfully receive the EcoCredits, you must register as an EcoFlow member.





EcoFlow Digital Christmas Voucher

1. The Christmas Voucher ("Voucher") is available for purchase from December 4, 2023, at 8 AM to December 11, 2023 at 8 AM (GMT). This is an e-voucher with a denomination of £550. It will be issued as a unique voucher code to the purchaser's registered email address.

2. The total quantity of Christmas Vouchers is limited to 50 on a first-come, first-served basis. No price match service will be provided.

3. A Christmas Voucher must be purchased before being applied to any purchases. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing the Christmas Voucher. Please add ONLY ONE Christmas Voucher to the shopping cart and pay £500. Orders using a discount code to purchase the Christmas Voucher and orders purchasing more than one voucher are not recognised by the voucher issuing system, preventing the purchaser from receiving the Voucher code.

4. Only one Voucher can be purchased and used per customer. When a customer purchases more than one Voucher, the system will only issue one Voucher code. Please do not purchase more than one Christmas Voucher.

5. Please note that the Christmas Voucher code will automatically expire on December 26, 2023. Please make sure to use up the balance before this date. No expiry notice will be sent at the time of expiry. If there is a balance remaining at the time of expiry, a refund will be arranged in compliance with the "Refund Policy" set out in the Terms and Conditions on the Christmas Voucher page.

6. The amount of the Christmas Voucher can only be used in purchasing physical products on uk.ecoflow.com, excluding flash sale products, gifts, and gift cards. When purchasing physical products with a Christmas Voucher, customers can enter one Christmas Voucher code and one discount code on the checkout page to use them on the same order.

EcoFlow reserves the right to the final interpretation of the Christmas Voucher Event.

Event Mechanism:

1. Purchase a RIVER 2 Solar Generator (PV110W), RIVER 2 Max Solar Generator (PV160W), or RIVER 2 Pro Solar Generator (PV220W) and receive a free EcoFlow Cushion.

2. The purchase of DELTA Max (2000), DELTA 2, comes with an EcoFlow Camping Light.

3. The first 20 customers purchasing DELTA 2 Max will receive a free EcoFlow Electric Heating Blanket, while the rest will receive a free EcoFlow Camping Light.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

5. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.

6. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

8. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcolFlow's final interpretation.

9. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

10. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.

11. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
