Introduction of the Event
The “Autumn Sale” is organised by EcoFlow and hosted on uk.ecoflow.com. The Event will commence at 09:00 CEST on 17 September 2025 and end at 09:00 CEST on 16 October 2025. EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com who are legal residents of Europe and 18 years of age or older as of 09:00 CEST on 16 October 2025 (""participant(s)"").

Note:
(1) For tiered free gift offer, each order can only receive one gift based on the highest spending of a single order tier it qualifies for. Gifts are not cumulative. There is only one promotional gift per order for the duration of the offer or promotion.
(2) In this tiered free gift event, gifts will only be given if the conditions are met during the event period. During non-event periods, even if the conditions are met for orders, no additional gifts will be sent.
(3) The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment for you.

Orders that involve getting Free Gifts need to be noted：
Availability of Free Gifts: Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No further notice will be given once the Free Gifts run out. If the order is eligible for the Free Gifts, the Free Gifts will be automatically added to the shopping cart if they are available and will be listed in the order information after placing the order.
Shipping of Free Gifts: If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow portable power stations. When the power stations are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.
Refund Policy: If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned. The value of the Free Gifts has been disclosed based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
During the Campaign (valid from 17 September 2025, 8 AM (BST) to 16 October 2025, 8 AM (BST)), orders placed on the official website will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee. If you find any of your purchased items at a lower price on any EcoFlow official sales channels within 30 days after placing the order, please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com with a screenshot and the purchase link for a refund of the difference.

EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price guarantee service is used improperly or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign
4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants

12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
