EcoFlow 2025 Summer Sale Terms & Conditions

Introduction of the Event

The “Summer Sale” is organised by EcoFlow and hosted on uk.ecoflow.com. The Event will commence at 08:00 BST on 9 June 2025 and end at 08:00 BST on 30June 2025. EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com who are legal residents of the UK and 18 years of age or older as of 08:00 BST on 31 June 2025 ("participant(s)").

Mechanism

Activity 1: Lucky Draw

Eligibility:
To participate in the EcoFlow Lucky Draw, you must:

• Have an EcoFlow member account
• Be over 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of the UK

EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the event terms and conditions.
Mechanism:

• Each member is entitled to one free entry during the Summer Sale (BST).
• Winning probabilities vary by prize.
• Discount code prizes can be applied at checkout.
• EcoCredits prizes will be credited to your member account and will expire after 365 days.
• Win rates and draw progress will not be disclosed due to the dynamic nature of the event.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prizes will be shipped to United Kingdom only.
• Prize redemption is subject to each prize's specific terms and conditions.

Prohibitions

• All prizes—including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical items—are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• If a prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect information, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke the prize.

General Terms and Conditions

• EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive these terms at its sole discretion.
• EcoCredits used to participate in the Lucky Draw are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• These terms may change without prior notice and take immediate effect.
• EcoFlow reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Lucky Draw temporarily or permanently.
• By participating, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that EcoFlow’s decisions are final.
• These terms apply specifically to the Lucky Draw. In the event of a conflict between these and the EcoCredits Monthly Madness terms, these terms shall prevail.
  

Activity 2: Exclusive Member Pricing for Refurbished Products

EcoCredits Reward: For each successful referral, you will receive 100 Eco Credits. During the campaign period, you can refer up to 20 people.

Cash Reward: When your referred friend makes their first purchase within 30 days, you will receive a 5% cash reward of the order amount! In addition, the highest referrer will receive a free DELTA 2！
Your friends will get: Your friends will get a 10% discount coupon to use on select products. This now also applies to the new STREAM Series!

Gift Redemption: Upon successful referral, your EcoFlow member account will automatically receive a discount code, which can be viewed on the ecocredits page (https://www.ecoflow.com/uk/ecocredits) under "My Rewards". Please click on this discount code to redirect to https://uk.ecoflow.com/products/gifts-for-referral-campaign to order any of the above gifts.
Quantity Limit: Redeem gifts quickly; the offer ends once it is sold out.
Gift Issues: For quality problems, contact support.uk@ecoflow.com for a replacement.
Free Gifts are non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be shared without authorisation. Free Gifts cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

Please note
1. A Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold or used in any way unless the Referrer is using it alone to obtain a Qualified Referral; Referrers are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral per Referred Client, and will not be credited for additional Qualified Referrals. Referral links shared with or obtained through other sources (e.g., links posted through third-party intermediaries or websites) will not be accepted.
2. If the Referrer and the Referee share an IP/device, only the Referee will be eligible for rewards. If EcoFlow determines that a Referrer has attempted to participate in the Program or receive Points or Rewards through cheating, hacking, spoofing, or any other unfair gaming practices or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Referrer or any representative of EcoFlow, EcoFlow may, in its sole discretion, prohibit the Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving Points or Rewards.

Orders that involve getting Free Gifts need to be noted：
1. Availability of Free Gifts: Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No further notice will be given once the Free Gifts run out. If the order is eligible for the Free Gifts, the Free Gifts will be automatically added to the shopping cart if they are available and will be listed in the order information after placing the order.
2. Shipping of Free Gifts: If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow portable power stations. When the power stations are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.
3. Refund Policy: If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned. The value of the Free Gifts has been disclosed based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). In the event of a return, if the Free Gift is not returned along with the main product, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the value of the Free Gift from the refund amount.
4. Restrictions on Free Gifts: The Free Gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the start of the Event, are non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be shared without authorisation. The Free Gifts cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

During the Campaign (valid from 9 June 2025, 08:00 AM (BST) to 30 June 2025, 08:00 AM (BST)), orders placed on the official website will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee. If you find any of your purchased items at a lower price on any EcoFlow official sales channels within 30 days after placing the order, please contact us at support.uk@ecoflow.com with a screenshot and the purchase link for a refund of the difference.

EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price guarantee service is used improperly or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.uk@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign
4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcolFlow's final interpretation
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
13. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
