EcoFlow STREAM Ultra (Refurbished)

Just starting on this journey and so far it has been great. Delivery of my complete order took 6 weeks which was a bit of a disappointment.

The equipment is working perfectly and saving me a lot more than I had imagined on my electricity bill.

I’m waiting on the upcoming release of the 5kwh battery and hoping it is not too expensive.

Ordered without any problems. Slight 1 day delay from the courier company. Everything worked exactly as it should after plugging in 4 x 475 watt panels and connecting to a plug. Now saving money every day.

This PowerStream comes boxed and brand new. It comes with the cables for plugging it in and for connecting to 2 solar feeds. It doesn't come with a cable to connect it to a Delta or Delta Max, you need to buy that separately. Note that you are not allowed to use the cable with the plug on in this country (UK) but the company will send you a separate cable that needs to be connected to your electric distribution board by an electrician. Once wired up it works like a dream, with a maximum solar input to your home of 800W.

sceptical at first , i have shed solar project and once battery is charged the electricity is wasted , this item easily links to house supply and either gets used or goes to grid and pays me 15p p kwh

Great value for money, app a little glitchy but latest update seems to making them work better!

We regularly get power cuts over the autumn/winter season, and after the last one of 36 hours things were starting to get a little desperate so I started to look around for an offgrid solution to keep the essentials ticking over. On a cost per kwh and ease of use basis this seemed to be the best solution plus it would allow me to directly connect some spare solar panels I had kicking around - and create a potentially self sustaining system for extended power outages.

The Ultra is was easy to set up as I planned, and on reading further I realised as well as providing off grid capabilities, it could help offset some of my ongoing electricity when combined with an additional smart meter monitoring device. The result is not only does the Ultra provide offgrid capability, but over the summer has begun to earn its keep by knocking up to ?25/month off the electricity bill compared to last year/earlier months (whether than continues throughout autumn/winter is another story)
