EcoFlow DELTA 3 Series Gift Promotion Terms & Conditions

The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Series Gift Promotion runs from 19 December 2024, 8 AM (BST) to 2 January 2025, 8 AM (BST). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to all European citizens aged 18 years old and above as of 8 AM on 19 December 2024, 8 AM (BST).

Promotion Details

1. The first 50 EcoFlow DELTA 3 Series and bundle orders placed between 8 AM on 19 December 2024 and 8 AM on 2 January 2025 will receive a free EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5000mAh). Each order is limited to one EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank and the colours are sent randomly.

2. The above-mentioned 50 orders are from the official EcoFlow website: uk.ecoflow.com
The start of the count is based on the website's announcement of the EcoFlow DELTA 3 launch time. The eligible orders are sorted in chronological order of payment.

3. Customers who place EcoFlow DELTA 3 Series and bundle orders between 8 AM on 19 December 2024 and 8 AM on 2 January 2025 will have a chance to pay an extra £100 for an EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel (Refurbished) worth £409.

4. Please note that the free EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank with the first 50 orders and paying an extra £100 for an EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel (Refurbished) are not available at the same time. You can choose to get a free EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank if you are in the first 50 orders, or to pay extra £100 to get an EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel (Refurbished)

5. Once 50 qualifying orders have been placed, the special offer for the first 50 purchases will automatically end without further notice on the website. The additional discounted accessory (EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel (Refurbished)) is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and will automatically end when inventory sells out.

6. If a refund is issued for the original order, the gift (EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank) and additional discounted accessory (EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel Refurbished) must be returned.

General:

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.

5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.

12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
