The EcoCredits Appreciation Week runs from 20 October 2025, 08:00 (BST) to 30 October 2025, 08:00 (BST). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Participant Requirements
The campaign is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com who are legal residents of Europe and aged 18 or above as of 09:00 on 20 October 2025 (BST) (“participant(s)”). Purchases made on other platforms or websites are not eligible for campaign offers.

Event Mechanism:
1. During EcoCredits Appreciation Week, any order over £199 allows you to add one accessory to the same order for £19.90.
2. Only one accessory can be added per order.
3. Accessories are only available on orders placed via the EcoFlow online store at uk.ecoflow.com.
4. If the main product is cancelled or returned without cause, the £19.90 accessory must also be returned. If the accessory is retained, it will be charged at its original price.
5. If an accessory is damaged, compensation will be required based on the accessory’s original price.

Multiple EcoCredits
1. During the event, members will earn 2× EcoCredits, and PLUS members will earn 2.5× EcoCredits on any order made on the EcoFlow official website. After order completion and delivery, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant’s account.
2. Log in to your EcoCredits account and ensure the email matches the one used for your order. If you are not yet registered, you may sign up for a free account.
3. In the event of a return, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant’s account.

General:

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.

6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
