Eligibility

The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com who are UK residents and 18 years of age or older as of 9:00 a.m. BST on Oct 19 2026 (the "Participant(s)").

Only registered and logged-in users on the official website are eligible.One user may hold only one account. The same email, phone number, or device will be recognized as one user.Fraud, scripts, bots, or abnormal behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and accounts may be suspended.
During EcoCredits Week, members can use their EcoCredits to offset the purchase price of eligible products.The products participating in this promotion and the maximum deduction amounts are as follows:

1. EcoCredits can only be used online at the EcoFlow store.

Orders that involve getting Free Gifts need to be noted： 

1.Availability of Free Gifts: Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No further notice will be given once the Free Gifts run out. If the order is eligible for the Free Gifts, the Free Gifts will be automatically added to the shopping cart if they are available and will be listed in the order information after placing the order. 
2.Shipping of Free Gifts: If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow portable power stations. When the power stations are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.

3.Refund Policy: If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned. The value of the Free Gifts has been disclosed based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). In the event of a return, if the Free Gift is not returned along with the main product, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the value of the Free Gift from the refund amount. Revised: This section does not limit statutory consumer withdrawal rights. If the Free Gift is not returned along with the main product, EcoFlow may deduct the reasonable retail value of the Free Gift (with MSRP as a reference) from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.Restrictions on Free Gifts: The Free Gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the start of the event, are non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be shared without authorisation. The Free Gifts cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
General

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to reasonably modify these rules or suspend/cancel the promotion, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or critical operational needs. Any changes will be published on the EcoFlow official website and will not retroactively affect orders already confirmed.

3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

10. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits EcoFlow’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, EcoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control (including network transmission failures) that affect participation in the promotion.

11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from their participation in this campaign, provided that nothing herein shall limit EcoFlow's liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under statutory consumer protection laws.

12. EcoFlow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in specified circumstances, including but not limited to suspecting fraudulent activity, identifying obvious pricing or description errors on the website, or experiencing severe stock shortages. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, EcoFlow will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
