1. In the event of fraudulent situations or deception, EcoFlow reserves the right to withdraw or not issue the Coupon. *Fraud and deception includes, but is not limited to: 

(1) Failing to return your old product within the specified timeframe. 

(2) The goods received by EcoFlow are not as you described. 

(3) Duplicate applications for a trade-in 

2. We will review the trade-in request questionnaire within 2 working days, and will send the Coupon via your registered email address after the review is approved. 

3. The Coupon can only be used for DELTA Pro 3 and DELTA 3 purchases on uk.ecoflow.com at any time. 

4. If an order with a Coupon is cancelled, the Coupon will also be cancelled, and no cash will be refunded for its value. 

5. The Coupon cannot be stacked and used with other discounts. 

6. Trade-in values will vary based on the condition and configuration of your eligible trade-in device. 

7. Trade-in devices are currently limited to the choices provided by the evaluation form. 

8. Please note: once you have returned your products using the return label, it cannot be revoked and the warranty on the products will expire immediately.

9. The Coupon can only be used for purchases that have not yet been made and cannot be used to refund the price difference on orders that have already been purchased. 

10. Refurbished products cannot be traded in.

11. EcoFlow reserves the final explanation right of the activity and future optimization on process.
