Campaign Introduction

The Fall Sale (the “Campaign”) runs from 14 September 2026 at 09:00 BST to 8 October 2026 at 09:00 BST (the “Campaign Period”).

EcoFlow may amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, material technical errors affecting the proper operation of the Campaign, suspected fraud or abuse, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Eligibility

The Campaign is open to users of uk.ecoflow.com who are residents of the European Union and aged 18 or over as of 14 September 2026 at 09:00 BST (“Participants”).

General Terms

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.

2. In the event of fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.

3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.

5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.

9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
