Introduction of the Event

The EcoCredits Appreciation Week runs from 22 July 2024, 08:00 AM (BST) to 29 July 2024, 08:00 AM (BST). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

The Sale is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are EU citizens and 18 years old or older as of 08:00 on 22 July 2024 (BST) ("participant(s)").

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the EcoFlow Lucky Draw event, you must have an EcoFlow member account, be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of Europe. EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate and disqualify any participant at any time from the Lucky Draw event if they don't comply with the terms and conditions.

Mechanism

• Each member is entitled to a maximum of three free entries into the raffle during Membership Week (subject to BST).
• The probability of winning each prize is different. Please refer to the actual prize won.
• Discount code prizes can be used directly on the checkout page. EcoCredits prizes will be sent to your member's account immediately and are valid for 365 days, so please use the EcoCredits as soon as possible to avoid expiration.
• Specific information regarding the progress of the Lucky Draw event and the win rate will not be disclosed due to the dynamic nature of the event and the potential for changes in real-time outcomes.
• The right to win cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Prizes will be shipped to Europe only.
• Prize redemption rules are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific prize redemption.

Prohibitions

• All prizes from the Lucky Draw event, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-redeemable.
• If any prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the said prize.

General Terms and Conditions

• EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw event at any time in its sole discretion.
• EcoCredits used for participating in Lucky Draw are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In addition, changes will be applied immediately.
• EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Draw event at any time, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof).
• By participating in the Lucky Draw event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that EcoFlow's decision shall be final and binding.
• The terms and conditions herein only apply to the Lucky Draw, and in the event of a conflict between the rules of the Lucky Draw and the T&C on EcoCredits, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

2. Full discount on purchases

Between 22 July 2024 at 08:00 AM and 29 July 2024 at 08:00 AM (BST), you can enjoy a full discount on purchases made on the official website of EcoFlow as follows:

1. £40 off for a minimum of £600;
2. £120 off for £1500;
3. £200 off for £2300;
4. £300 off on orders over £3000;

The same order amount can not be split; each order can only be enjoyed once.

3. Buy One and Get a Free Gift

• Buy EcoFlow RIVER 2 series products and get a free RIVER 2 bag;
• Shop GLACIER and Plug-in Battery and get a free set of Detachable Wheels and Levers. (Limited to first 15 purchases per bundle)
• Please note that refurbished products do not participate in this event.
• In the event of a refund, the gift package must be returned.

4. Flash Sale

EcoFlow will launch Flash Sale products on the promotion page from 25 July 2024, 08:00 AM (BST) to 28 July 2024, 08:00 AM (BST).

• Products eligible for flash sales include:

- EcoFlow DELTA 2 (Refurbished)
- EcoFlow DELTA Pro (Refurbished)
- EcoFlow 220W Solar Panel (Refurbished)
- EcoFlow WAVE 2 + Add-on Battery (Refurbished)

• Flash Sale products are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.
• During the EcoCredits Appreciation Week period, customers could subscribe to the flash sale updates by entering their email addresses.
• By entering an email address and subscribing, you agree to email marketing Terms & Conditions, subscribe to EcoFlow marketing emails, and receive updates from EcoFlow.

5. Member Exclusive prices for refurbished products

• Register as a member during the event or log in to unlock exclusive prices for refurbished products.
• The member-exclusive price of refurbished products is only available in limited quantities during the event period.

6. Double EcoCredits

• During the event, register as a member or log in to unlock exclusive prices for refurbished products.
• You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account.
• If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign
4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcolFlow's final interpretation
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
