The Black Friday Sale runs from 19 November 2024, 08:00 (BST) to 3 December 2024, 08:00 (BST). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Details

EcoCredits Appreciation Week

The EcoCredits Appreciation Week runs from 19 November 2024, 08:00 (BST) to 3 December 2024, 08:00 (BST) ("Campaign Period"). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Participant Requirements

The Promotion is open to all registered EcoFlow ID users on uk.ecoflow.com who are UK citizens aged 18 years or older as of 19 November 2024 at 08:00 (BST) ("Participants").

Activity Mechanism

1. Check in to Win EcoCredits

From 19 November 2024, 08:00 (BST) to 27 November 2024, 08:00 (BST), Participants who check in at https://www.ecoflow.com/uk/ecocredits will be entitled to one check-in per day and will receive 200 EcoCredits for each check-in. Participants who check in for all seven (7) days during the Campaign Period will receive an additional 1,200 EcoCredits!

2. Multiple EcoCredits

1) During the event, any order placed on uk.ecoflow.com by a member will earn 2× EcoCredits. Orders placed by PLUS members will earn 2.5× EcoCredits.

2) First, log in to your EcoCredits account and ensure the email matches the one used to place an order. If you have not registered yet, you can sign up for a free account.

3) If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

3. Member Exclusive Prices for Refurbished Products

Register as a member during the event or log in to unlock member-exclusive prices for refurbished products.

Member-exclusive prices for refurbished products are available in limited quantities during the event.

4. Member Exclusive Flash Sale

EcoFlow will launch a Flash Sale on the Promotions page from 21 November 2024, 08:00 (BST) to 25 November 2024, 08:00 (BST). Customers must register as a member or log in to unlock exclusive prices.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

During the Campaign (valid from 19 November 2024, 08:00 (BST) to 3 December 2024, 08:00 (BST)), orders placed on the official website will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee. If you find any of your purchased items at a lower price on any EcoFlow official sales channels within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com with a screenshot and the purchase link for a refund of the difference.

EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price guarantee service is used improperly or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.

Members Only: Extra Discount for Orders Over £2,000

1. Event Time: From 28 November 2024, 00:00 (CET) to 3 December 2024, 08:00 (CET).

2. Eligibility: Customers must be registered or logged in as an EcoFlow member before checkout to claim this discount. Click here to register or log in.

3. Discount Rules:

- 5% Discount: For orders with a subtotal value between £2,000 and £3,999.

- 10% Discount: For orders with a subtotal value over £4,000.

4. Stacking Discounts:

This extra discount can be combined with one normal discount code.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.

5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.

12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
