Campaign Introduction

The Autumn Sale (the “Campaign”) runs from 14 September 2026 at 8:00 a.m. BST to 21 September 2026 at 8:00 a.m. BST (the “Campaign Period”).EcoFlow may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign only where reasonably necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, material technical failures, fraud or abuse, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control. Any material change will be communicated through the relevant Campaign page and will not adversely affect rewards validly claimed before the change.
Eligibility

The Campaign is open to users of uk.ecoflow.com who are residents of the United Kingdom and are aged 18 or over as of 14 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. BST (“Participants”).
Promotional Offers

55L Refrigerator Add-on Offer Spend £599 or more in a single order on participating EcoFlow official online stores in the UK and add a 55L Refrigerator for £399. The offer is subject to product availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
General Terms

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.

2. In the event of fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.

3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.

5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.

9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
