EcoFlow TRAIL Series Launch Campaign Terms & Conditions

Event Introduction
The EcoFlow TRAIL Series Launch Campaign runs from 22 September 2025 (9:00 AM CEST) to 22 October 2025 (9:00 AM CEST) (hereinafter referred to as the ""Campaign Period""). EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility
The campaign is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are legal residents of Europe and 18 years old or above as of 9:00 AM on 1 July 2025 (CEST) ("participant(s)"). Purchases made on other platforms or websites are not eligible for campaign offers.

Launch Offer Details

Launch Offer 1: TRAIL 200 DC Giveaway
1. The TRAIL 200 DC Giveaway is open to users who subscribe to the TRAIL DC Series between 15 September 9 AM (CEST) and
22 September, 2025, 9 AM (CEST).
2. During this period, TRAIL Series products are available for subscription only and cannot be purchased.
3. During the pre-launch period, users who want to participate in the activity do not need to purchase any products, just subscribe to our email list. A single e-mail address can only participate in one lucky draw by subscribing. Buying any product on the official website will not increase the probability of winning a prize.
4. On 22 September, 2025, EcoFlow will randomly select three (3) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) TRAIL 200 DC.
5. Winners will be announced on the TRAIL DC Series page and notified via email. EcoFlow is not responsible for being unable to contact the winners.
6. Winners must respond within 5 working days to claim their prize, otherwise alternate winners may be selected.
7. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Launch Offer 2: Free Gifts with Purchase (limited quantity)
1. Duration: 22 September 2025 (9:00 AM CEST) to 22 October 2025 (9:00 AM CEST).
2. Details:
Purchase a TRAIL Series product and receive a free RAPID 65W GaN Charger. The free RAPID 65W GaN Charger (MSRP €59,99) will appear in the shopping cart while supplies last and will be listed in the order information after placing the order (limited to only 200 chargers).

Launch Offer 3: Multiple EcoCredits
1. Purchase the EcoFlow TRAIL DC Series or its bundles from eu.ecoflow.com during September 22 9 AM (CEST)– October 22, 2025, 9 AM (CEST) , and receive triple EcoCredits.
2. After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.
3.Ecocredits will be added to user's account within seven(7) days after purchasing trail series products.
4.EcoCredits can be used to redeem coupons and gifts around ecoflow, valid for 365 days. EcoCredits exchange entrance: https://www.ecoflow.com/eu/ecocredits
5.The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
6.Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the Ecoflow online store at eu.ecoflow.com.
7.All promotional gift(s) with purchase are on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last.

Launch Offer Restrictions
1. Availability of Free Gifts: Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No notice will be provided when the Free Gifts run out.
2.Return Policy:If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts after the delivery of the Free Gifts, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts are also returned.The value of Free Gifts is based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). If the Free Gifts are not returned, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the value of the Free Gifts from the refund amount.
3. After the user returns Trail series products, the ecological points obtained by purchasing Trail series products will be deducted.
4.Restrictions on Free Gifts:Free Gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the campaign starts.Free Gifts cannot be exchanged for any other item, cash, or credit.
5. Refurbished products are not eligible for this event.
6. The Launch Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions running on our website unless otherwise stated.
7. The products eligible for the Launch Offers are not eligible for any 30-day price match offers.

General
(1) If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact. support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
(2) To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion. Fraudulent activities includ but not limited to automated entries, multiple registrations under different accounts, or fraudulent behavior.
(3) Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
(4) During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
(5) The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
(6) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.
(7) Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(8) EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
(9) All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
(10) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
(11) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
(12) EcoFlow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
(13) EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or fraudulent use.
(14) EcoFlow reserves the right to withdraw any benefits or discounts obtained.
(15) Employees of EcoFlow, its affiliates, and their family members are not eligible to participate.
