EcoFlow 2025 Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale – Terms & Conditions
Event Introduction
The EcoFlow Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) will run from 20 November 2025, 8:00 a.m. BST to 5 December 2025, 8:00 a.m. BST.
EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion with prior notice.
Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com who are EU residents and 18 years of age or older as of 8:00 a.m. BST on 20 November 2025 (the “Participant(s)”).
30-Day Price Match Guarantee for EcoFlow 2025 Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale
Orders placed during the EcoFlow 2025 Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale (valid from 8:00 a.m. BST on 20 November 2025 to 8:00 a.m. BST on 5 December 2025) are covered by EcoFlow’s 30-Day Price Match Guarantee.
This Price Match Guarantee applies only within the European region and covers price differences between EcoFlow’s official EU sales channels, including EcoFlow’s official European website, Amazon EU official stores, and authorized brand stores within Europe.
If any identical product you purchased (same model, specifications, and bundle configuration) is offered at a lower price on any official EcoFlow sales channel within 30 days after you complete the full payment, you may contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com
Please include a screenshot and a purchase link as proof, and we will refund the price difference.
EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the price difference if the price match service is used improperly, fraudulently, or in violation of the principles of honesty and good faith.
Tiered Discount & Gift Promotion
Promotion Description
During the EcoFlow 2025 Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale, customers can enjoy tiered discounts and a free gift based on their total order value of eligible products:
1. Spend £1,000 and get £50 off
2. Spend £2,000 and get £100 off
3. Spend £3,000 and get £200 off
Discounts will be applied automatically in the shopping cart and at checkout once the qualifying amount is reached.
The free gift will be added to eligible orders automatically or shipped separately, depending on availability.
Campaign Period
This offer is valid from 20 November 2025, 8:00 a.m. BST to 5 December 2025, 8:00 a.m. BST, while supplies last.
Discounts and free gifts cannot be combined with other coupon codes, sitewide discounts, or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
The order amount is calculated based on the final subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and warranties).
Refunds & Cancellations
1. If an item purchased under this promotion is returned, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the final order value after the return.
2. If the adjusted order value no longer meets the discount or gift threshold, the corresponding discount amount will be deducted, or the free gift must be returned in its original condition.
3. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment account.
Other Conditions
EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, misuse, or violation of these terms.
Buy One Get One Free Gift
EcoFlow will launch buy one get one free gift on the promotion page from 28 November, 2025, 8 AM (BST) to 2 December, 2025, 8 AM (BST).
The following product bundles are eligible for free gifts:
(1) Buy EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus → Get a free 160W Portable Solar Panel
(2) Buy EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 → Get a free 220W Portable Solar Panel
(3) Buy EcoFlow EcoFlow RIVER 2 Pro → Get a free 100W Flexible Solar Panel
Note:
(1) The DELTA 3 Plus, DELTA Pro 3, and RIVER 2 Pro bundles, as well as refurbished products, are not eligible for the Buy One Get One Free promotion.
(2) In the event of a return, the free gift must also be returned. The free gift will not appear directly in your shopping cart. However, it will be listed in your order details after purchase. If you do not see the gift in your order, please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com. Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment for you.
(3) The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
(4) Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at uk.ecoflow.com
(5) The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
(6) All promotional gift(s) with purchase are on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
Refund Policy for Early-Bird
Deposit Refunds
The £9.90 deposit is fully refundable before the balance payment is made. Customers who wish to cancel their Early-Bird participation may request a refund of the deposit before completing the remaining payment.
Once refunded, the Early-Bird offer and its associated benefits will become invalid.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment account used for the transaction.
Balance Payment
Customers can complete the remaining balance payment starting from 20 November 2025.
Failure to complete the payment within 7 days will result in the order not being processed or shipped.
Order Cancellation After Full Payment
Once the full payment has been completed and the order has been processed, standard EcoFlow return and refund policies will apply. Refunds, where applicable, will also be issued to the original payment account.
General Terms
1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow may modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. In the event of fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this campaign.
4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.
9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow’s final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow assumes no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including participants, in connection with or arising from any acts, omissions, or circumstances related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or in equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant’s entry into it.
13. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
