EcoCredits Week T&Cs
Event Introduction
The EcoCredits Week (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) runs from 23 June, 2025, 8 AM (BST) to 1 July, 2025, 8 AM (BST). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com, who are UK residents and 18 years old or older as of 8 AM on 23 June, 2025 (BST) ("participant(s)").

Details
(1) Participating in the raffle costs 50 EcoCredits per entry. During the Campaign Period, each member may enter up to three times per day (BST time zone applies).
(2)The probability of winning each prize is different. Please refer to the actual prize won.
(3) Discount code prizes can be used directly on the checkout page. EcoCredits prizes will be sent to your member's account immediately and are valid for 365 days, so please use the EcoCredits as soon as possible to avoid expiration.
(4) Specific information regarding the progress of the Lucky Draw event and the win rate will not be disclosed due to the dynamic nature of the event and the potential for changes in real-time outcomes.
(5) The right to win cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
(6) Prizes will be shipped to the UK only.
(7) The £50 off £400 sitewide discount must be applied to a single order and cannot be split. Each order can only use the discount once. Coupon-type rewards cannot be stacked or combined with other store promo codes.
Prohibitions
(1) All prizes from the Lucky Draw event, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-redeemable.
(2) If any prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the said prize.
General Terms and Conditions：
(1) EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw event at any time in its sole discretion.
(2) EcoCredits used for participating in Lucky Draw are non-transferable and non-refundable.
(3) Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In addition, changes will be applied immediately.
(4) EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Draw event at any time, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof).
(5) By participating in the Lucky Draw event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that EcoFlow's decision shall be final and binding.
(6) The terms and conditions herein only apply to the Lucky Draw, and in the event of a conflict between the rules of the Lucky Draw and the T&Cs on EcoCredits Monthly Madness, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Take the Quiz, Earn EcoCredits Activity
Event Introduction
The Quiz is open to all users on uk.ecoflow.com, who are UK residents and 18 years old or older as of 8 AM on 23 June, 2025 (BST) ("participant(s)").
Quiz Details
Participation in the Quiz is open only to logged-in EcoFlow member accounts. During the Campaign Period, each member can play two rounds of the Quiz:

Round 1:
Starts: 8 AM BST on 23 June 2025
Ends: 7:59 AM BST on 27 June 2025
Round 2:
Starts: 8 AM BST on 27 June 2025
Ends: 8 AM BST on 1 July 2025
Each round consists of 5 questions, and 50 EcoCredits will be awarded for each correct answer to the first 2 questions. If you answer more than 2 questions correctly, you will receive 80 EcoCredits for each correct answer starting from the third correct answer. For example, if you answer four questions correctly, you will receive 50×2+80×2=260 EcoCredits, and so on.
No EcoCredits will be provided for incorrect answers, but no deductions, either.
Incorrect answers can be reviewed along with correct ones, but no resubmission is allowed.
If none of the 5 questions are answered within a round, leftover questions cannot be answered later, but points for correct answers will still be credited.
Answering all 10 questions correctly across two Quizzes will earn you 680 EcoCredits.
Any EcoCredits earned from participating in the Quiz have a validity of 90 days from the date of receipt.
Any unused reward from EcoCredits will be deducted from your account after 90 days.
50% Fewer EcoCredits Redemption for Accessories
From 9 AM on 23 June, 2025, to 8 AM on 1 July, 2025 (BST), EcoFlow will launch a special Member Week promotion offering select products redeemable with 50% fewer EcoCredits.
Eligible products for this redemption include:
(1) EcoFlow STREAM Parallel Cable (0.55 m)
(2) EcoFlow Super Flat Cable
These items will be available for redemption under the Product section of the Redeem Rewards page at https://www.ecoflow.com/uk/ecocredits.
Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. EcoFlow reserves the right to adjust the promotion based on inventory levels.
Double EcoCredits
(1) During the Campaign Period, any order made on the EcoFlow official website can enjoy double EcoCredits.
(2) You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account.
(3) If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

(4) During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(6) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants
(7) Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
(8) EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
(9) All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation
(10) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
(11) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
(12) Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
