Black Friday Sale Preheat Campaign Terms & Conditions

The Black Friday Sale Preheat Campaign runs from 12 November 2024, 08:00 (BST) to 19 November 2024, 08:00 (BST). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

The campaign is open to all UK citizens aged 18 years and above as of 08:00 on 12 November 2024 (BST).

Lucky Draw

The reward of the Lucky Draw:

- EcoFlow Camping Light;
- EcoFlow Trolley;
- £5 coupon (valid from 12 November 2024 to 2 December 2024, not valid for new products);
- £50 coupon (available for orders over £500, valid from 12 November 2024 to 2 December 2024, not valid for new products);
- 100 EcoCredits
- 200 EcoCredits

EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate and disqualify any participant who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions from participating in the Lucky Draw at any time.

Lucky Draw Mechanism

1. Subscription Requirement:Enter your email address and subscribe to the Black Friday Sale Newsletter to join the Lucky Draw. Each email address is entitled to a maximum of 1 entry into the Lucky Draw during the campaign. By entering your email address and subscribing, you agree to the email marketing Terms & Conditions, subscribe to EcoFlow marketing emails, and consent to receiving updates from EcoFlow.

2. Real-Time Nature of Lucky Draw:Due to the dynamic nature of the Lucky Draw and potential changes in real-time results, specific information on the progress and winning rate will not be disclosed.

3. Non-transferable Prizes:The right to win is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

4. Shipping of Prizes:Prizes will be shipped only within UK.

6. EcoCredits Redemption:EcoCredits can only be awarded to accounts that have been registered as EcoFlow members. EcoCredits will be awarded on 19 November 2024. To redeem the EcoCredits won from the Lucky Draw, the email address used to join the Lucky Draw must be registered as an EcoFlow member account before 18 November 2024. If the email address participating in the Lucky Draw is not registered as a member by 18 November, EcoCredits cannot be issued, and the winner will forfeit their chance to redeem the prize.

7. Coupon Redemption:The coupon won from the Lucky Draw can only be used once per customer for purchases on uk.ecoflow.com. It is valid from 12 November 2024 to 2 December 2024 and is not applicable for new products (new products refer to items first launched for sale after 1 August 2024).

8. Prize Redemption Rules:Prize redemption is subject to specific redemption terms and conditions.

Prohibitions

(1) All prizes in the Lucky Draw Program, including EcoCredits and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
(2) EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify a participant from winning any prize if the participant has provided false or incorrect identification or information.

(2) EcoCredits used to participate in the Lucky Draw are non-transferable and non-refundable.
(3) Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, changes will be effective immediately.
(4) EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Draw at any time, temporarily or permanently (or partially).
(5) By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and EcoFlow's decision is final and binding.
(6) The terms and conditions apply only to the Lucky Draw. In case of a conflict between the rules of the Lucky Draw and the terms and conditions of the Black Friday Sale, the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw shall prevail.
