1.Check the packaging for damage. Open the box and verify all components are included.
2.Plug the device into a shore power outlet, turn it on, connect it to Wi-Fi via the EcoFlow app, and update the firmware.

2.If an update fails due to power issues:Reconnect to power and retry.Contact support if the problem persists.
