The EcoFlow Valentine's Day Sale  (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) will run from 10 February 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET to 24 February 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET.

1. The free gift will be automatically included with eligible orders while stocks last.
2. The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

4. Only one promotional gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer or promotion. 
5. The promotional gift will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying product within 30 days.

EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic Lucky Draw
The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic Lucky Draw runs from 12 February 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CET) to 15 March 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CET).  Participants who complete an email subscription during the campaign period will automatically receive one entry into the Lucky Draw, with a chance to win an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic unit. A total of three units will be awarded, with an approximate value of €599 per unit.

Eligibility for Lucky Draw
The Lucky Draw is open to participants who subscribe to the EcoFlow mailing list during the campaign period (from 12 February 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CET) to 15 March 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CET)). No purchase is required to enter.

Notes for EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic Lucky Draw

1. No purchase necessary: Entry to the Prize Promotion is free of charge. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
 
2. One entry per participant: Each entrant may submit only one entry using a single email address. Any individual found using multiple email addresses or social media accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
 
3. Winner selection is final: The decision of EcoFlow in selecting winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
 
4. Winner notification: Prizes for the winners will be announced on the official Ecoflow page on 16 March 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CET). Winners will be notified via email within 7 working days after the draw date.
 
5. Prize delivery: EcoFlow will deliver the prize(s) within 30 days of confirming the winner’s eligibility.
 
6. Prize redemption: Winners must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

EcoFlow Gift Cards can be used only on the official EcoFlow website and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Gift Cards are valid for [12 months / 1 years] from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, resold, or exchanged for cash or other cards, except as required by applicable law.
Gift Cards cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
Promotional Gift Cards purchased at a discounted price are non-refundable once purchased and are subject to specific promotional terms.
In case of a refund of an order paid partially or fully with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to the original Gift Card.
Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
VAT will be applied when the Gift Card is redeemed, in accordance with applicable tax laws.
EcoFlow reserves the right to amend or terminate Gift Card terms at any time in accordance with applicable laws.

General Terms

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow may modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. In the event of fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this campaign.
4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.
9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow’s final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow assumes no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including participants, in connection with or arising from any acts, omissions, or circumstances related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or in equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant’s entry into it.
