2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion at any time. In the event of suspected fraud or abuse, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify any participant.
3. By participating in the sale, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by EcoFlow are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign.
4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.
5. This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion with reasonable notice. Any such changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.
9. All prizes and promotional gifts offered in this campaign are subject to availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not expressly covered herein shall be resolved at EcoFlow’s sole discretion.
10. EcoFlow shall not be responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to any reason, including but not limited to network or technical failures.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any party in connection with this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and hold harmless EcoFlow from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with participation in this campaign.
13. EcoFlow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.
