2026 Bank Holiday Sales - Terms & Conditions
Event Introduction
The EcoFlow 2026 Bank Holiday Sales (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") will run from 27 April 2026 to 4 May 2026, 8 AM (BST).
EcoFlow may amend, suspend, shorten, or extend the Campaign Period where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, or compliance reasons.
Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on uk.ecoFlow.com, who are EU residents and 18 years old or older as of 8 AM on 27 April, 2026 (BST) ("participant(s)").
Only registered and logged-in users on the official website are eligible.
One user may hold only one account. The same email, phone number,shipping address, or device will be recognized as one user.
Fraud, scripts, bots, or abnormal behavior is strictly prohibitedd. Violators will be disqualified and accounts may be suspended.
Bank Holiday Deals
During the Bank Holiday Sales Campaign, EcoFlow will hold multiple rounds of flash sales featuring selected products.
Notes:
(1) Flash sale items are available while stocks last and are first-come, first-served. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.
(2) EcoFlow may adjust the selection or timing of flash sale items where reasonably necessary due to stock availability, operational constraints, legal requirements, or technical reasons. Any material update will be reflected on the promotion page.
30-Day Price Match Guarantee
During the Campaign (valid from 27 April 2026, 8 AM (BST) to 4 May 2026, 8 AM (BST) ), orders placed on uk.ecoflow.com will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee. If you find any of your purchased items at a lower price on uk.ecoflow.com within 30 days after placing the order, please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com with a screenshot and the purchase link for a refund of the difference.
EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price guarantee service is used improperly or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.
Orders that Involve Getting Free Gifts Need to be Noted：
1. Availability of Free Gifts: vFree gifts are subject to availability. EcoFlow reserves the right to end or amend the free gift promotion where stock is exhausted, and will update the relevant promotion or checkout information accordingly.
2. Shipping of Free Gifts: If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow main products. When the main products are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.
3. Refund Policy: If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned. The value of the Free Gifts has been disclosed based on the reasonable value. In the event of a return, if the Free Gift is not returned along with the main product, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the value of the Free Gift from the refund amount.
4. Restrictions on Free Gifts: The Free Gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the start of the Event, are non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be shared without authorisation. The Free Gifts cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
General
(1) Coupon Use:
- To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout.
- Coupons are only valid for a limited time stated, while stock lasts.
- Coupon expiration times are based on the Eastern Time Zone.
- Coupon Codes must be used before the designated expiration date. No extensions will be allowed under any circumstances.
- Only one coupon code can be used per order, per person.
- Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
- The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying the coupon offer on the item detail page.
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
- Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
- Coupons are valid only during the specified period and on eligible Products.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other Promotions, discount codes, or vouchers.
- Gifts and coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
(2) All prices include VAT where applicable. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or Promotions unless otherwise stated.
(3) The free gift will be automatically included with eligible orders while stocks last.
(4) The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
(5) Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at uk.ecoflow.com.
(6) The promotional gift will be shipped to the same address that the qualifying product was delivered to within 30 days after the promotional period has ended.
(7) In the event of a return, the free gift must also be returned. The free gift will not appear directly in your shopping cart. However, it will be listed in your order details after purchase. If you do not see the gift in your order, please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com. Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment for you.

(9) The promotional gift may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
(10) If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
(11) To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
(12) Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
(13) During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
(14) The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
(15) Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
(16) Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(17) All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered in this document will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
(18) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
(19) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
(20) Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
(21) Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In addition, changes will be applied immediately.
